Every cookie is baked to order and individually heat-sealed in food-grade packaging to lock in moisture and flavor. We use sturdy, insulated shipping boxes to ensure your treats arrive in perfect condition.
Can I customize the designs on the cookies?
Absolutely! We specialize in custom orders. You can upload images, logos, or request specific color palettes and text through our 'Custom Design' portal on the product page.
Do you offer options for people with food allergies?
While we offer gluten-free and nut-free recipes, all our cookies are prepared in a facility that handles wheat, nuts, dairy, and eggs. We recommend checking individual product descriptions for full ingredient lists.
How far in advance should I place my order?
For standard designs, we recommend ordering at least 3-5 business days before your desired delivery date. For large events or custom corporate orders, please allow 2 weeks for production.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
Do you offer local pickup or just shipping?
We offer nationwide shipping via UPS and FedEx. Local pickup is available at our main bakery location in Chicago from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
